Kamran Chaudhary, M.D.

Dr. Chaudhary is a board certified rheumatologist, board certified internist and certified clinical densitometrist who received his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1999 and completed both his residency and fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Prior to his fellowship, Dr. Chaudhary worked as an emergency room physician at the North Chicago Veteran's Administration Hospital.

Dr. Chaudhary began practicing in August 2005 at a Pain Therapy Clinic and soon thereafter started to pursue his vision of a comprehensive medical clinic which has evolved into the initial phase of Integrative Pain Medicine.

He has published numerous articles and is the recipient of many awards. Dr. Chaudhary is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, Arthritis Foundation, Chicago Rheumatism Association, Illinois State Medical Society and the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Lawrence Wilkin is a well-rounded physician with a diverse background of research, teaching and clinical practice. His experiences have included in-depth doctoral training and brain research, medical school teaching positions, comprehensive medical and neurological training and clinical neurology practice. Following undergraduate training in psychology and biochemistry, Dr. Wilkin received doctoral training in brain research and neurosciences at the Oregon Health Sciences University.

After receiving a Ph.D. in 1981, he went on to engage in brain research and medical teaching for several years in the areas of neuropsychology, neuroanatomy and neurochemistry. He held various teaching and research faculty positions at the University of Iowa College of Medicine and then at the Chicago Medical School, accumulating numerous scientific publications along the way. He received his M.D. degree in 1993 from Rush University College of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, followed by neurology residency training at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center and Cook County Hospital in Chicago.

He has practiced in general neurology, EMG and pain management for over seven years. Dr. Wilkin is a board-certified neurologist accredited by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Academy of Pain Management, the Chicago Medical Society and the American Medical Association. He regularly attends regional and national conferences on all aspects of general neurology, headache and pain management and contributes to regional advisory boards for the development of pharmaceutical approaches to these areas.

Dr. Naveed H. Elahi is a board certified chiropractor with a special emphasis on physical therapy modalities. Dr Elahi, received his chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. Dr. Elahi uses a combination of chiropractic and physical therapy to treat an array of conditions including, but not limited to, head, neck, and back pain.

Additionally, Dr. Elahi has received advanced training in orthotics, gait analysis, and running injuries. He also incorporates yoga, core strengthening, nutrition counseling, and acupuncture to further encompass a comprehensive approach to health and vitality.

Dr. Elahi offers lectures on health issues, exercise, and nutrition as part of his community outreach efforts.
